about the artistI am a passionate artist, musician, maker, wife and mother. I have been painting with acrylic and oils on antique windows for over eighteen years and taking pictures just as long. Multidimensional, capturing natural light, whether from the sun or the moon, my photos intersect shapes and shadows. Refracted, reflective, and colorful. Inspiration occasionally comes from a vision or an unforgettable dream, but mostly from the driving artist in me who loves color and our universal lights.

In the beginning, God said, "Let there be light". And almost five decades ago mi Mamá dió la luz that would turn out to be me. I am a light gifted through my mother from the Divine One, and my most important responsibility is to SHINE. Every day that our star lights up our world is a reminder to be grateful, and to be light, in all senses of the word. Shine, glow, brighten things up for those in darkness, in the shadows, in the cold; create brilliance and hope with your actions and thoughts, smile, even if just with your eyes; for the eyes are the window to the soul, and all our souls long to be one, harmonious, compassionate, loved.
